I have used Sinai while I recover from foot surgery only negative i have is that they dont provide wheelchair if one is needed Cathay provides one for free

Dealing with Ms. Julie (since she is my first contact to schedule a ride) is very pleasant. We've used Sinaii two times and both times, I'm pleased to say that the drivers DID THEIR JOB of getting my relative in and out of the vehicle with courtesy and professionalism. Please thank Driver #1 (for July 26th).With the return trip, however, I was disappointed at the lack of telephone courtesy of Driver #2 when he called to say he was outside. He was NOT outside the house, but a few houses up the block. As I tried to ask him if he was SURE that he was at the correct address, he kept cutting me off in speech. I walked outside and saw that he was up the block. From that point on ... (he backed up the van to where the patient with the walker needed it to be) ... and then he did as I have come to expect ... a professional, courteous job. Thank you, Ms. Julie.

Van 159 took my client and myself to and from pt. today,the ride was smooth the music was great took me back to my childhood good memories,the drive was very nice hope to ride with him again, thanks Music Man🙏😘

We had Junior today to bring us home from a doctors appointment. My husband is in a wheelchair with extreme back pain. Junior was awesome. He took extreme care wheeling my husband to and from the van. He even brought us all the way upstairs to our apartment door - even though that is not their policy due to COVID. (He realized that it was difficult for me to push him in the wheelchair due to his size and with my back issues.) I would give him more stars if I could!

I really enjoy my ride with the driver name Music Man van #159 or 152. He is very pleasant and courteous. He plays nice music to help you feel comfortable during your ride. This is my first time using their van services. I had a 10:15 am pick up which the 1st driver was an hour late! I thought never again! This is not a caring services for the injured to be on time for their important appointments. Driver #152 Jeff Bernard, made up for the 1st pick up. He was on time and very helpful plus considerate to my needs on being comfortable during the whole ride to my destination. I'm giving my 5⭐s to him considering everything I went through with this company. They need more compassionate people like Jeff considering the type of job that you're caring for the people in need. I will be calling for van #152 Jeff Bernard when using this van service. I highly recommend this caring driver who ever uses this van service! Thank you Jeff so much for your compassion it shows that you care, bless you. 🙏🏽🤗
